Returns, refunds and exchange

PLEASE NOTE: All Embroidery requirements will be printed as they are received on the order. If the order details are incorrectly inputted, we will not be able to accept return of embroidered seat covers for a refund.

*Please note postage and repackaging charge of up to £10.00 can be charged for Returns, refunds and exchange. (Out Side UK Mainland Charges May Differ)

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from UK Custom Covers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused items, provided it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original undamaged packaging, with your receipt/invoice and within 30 days from receipt of goods.

Please note that refunds will be provided usually within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, upon inspection but not when a product is simply unwanted. Should you require an unwanted item to be collected (UK residents only), this can be arranged by sending us an email tosales@ukcustomcovers.complease note an additional minimum charge of £10 will be incurred.

Please note any postage incurred by returning items to us will not be refunded.
